Dr. Jimmy and his staff are one of the most personable set of people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at any business. On numerous occasions, he’s gone out of his way to either give me complementary services, discounts on returning treatments, and overall makes you feel like he’s actually keeping track of your progress. I’ve done numerous Morpheus 8 treatments at Defined and I don’t regret it one bit!
