I am frustrated with this place! Everytime you call to make an appointment no one answers! Don’t go to this place Dyana will try to scam you to venmo her and label it as dollar sign so her boss won’t find out. I purchased a three session laser skin removal small area from groupon for my underarm and when I went to my appointment Dyana said that underarms isn’t considered a small area it is considered a medium. They consider small area as the lip and she said I have the option to upgrade and pay $175 dollars.I paid her via venmo and she said to label it as dollar signs 💵 I find that really suspicious. After I got my first session I booked for my second but she scheduled me on a Sunday and the place is close on a Sunday!! So I called to reschedule my appointment but everytime you call no one answers!! Even left a voiCemail!

My treatment at the Waukegan Skin Spa went smoothly. Dyana's professionalism, politeness, and expertise were outstanding throughout the session. Dyana is the best! I’ve been in for multiple treatments/procedures, and she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I’ve never had products and treatments explained to me in such a way, but it shows just how much she truly loves what she does. Waukegan Skin spa is such a great place to take of yourself. I’ve been coming here for laser and Microneedling and OMG I’ve seen a change in my skin. I love it! Dyana is just wonderful and takes really good care of her customers and make sure you feel welcomed. The place is very clean and cozy.
