He literally spent less than one minute with me. Diagnosed me with rosacea. I received a script for fungal infections. My primary doctor laughed when I told her the cream wasn’t helping at all. She replied with “that’s used for vaginal fungal infections not rosacea”. So yeah, gonna see another dermatologist. One that actually cares and know what they’re doing. Getz is awful.

Last week I visited Dundee Dermatology to get some help with some hyper pigmentation spots and recurring breakouts. This was my first visit to a dermatologist so I did not quite know what to expect but Dr Getz made me feel very comfortable and discussed my options with me thoroughly. He did a great job of explaining the different prescriptions to me and how they will work. A week later I am already able to tell a difference in my skin, thank you Dr Getz!

Recently visited Dr. Getz with my daughter who is 19 years old and suffers from moles, acne, and eczema. We made an appointment to have Getz look at her moles and a rash on her face. He was quick to dismis the moles as not a problem (both large and different colors) and spent time diagnosing her rash on her face. He prescribed a medication with tetracycline and when I asked about the side effect of being in the sun, he laughed at me as though there were none. This was a strong drug with many side effect that were not discussed with the patient, my daughter. It is also a photo sensitive drug as I told him it was. After two days of taking this drug, she had bad headaches and joint pain. He later prescribed a topical ointment. It was a few days later his office staff called to discuss they would be happy to assist Mandy in her mole removal and dermatology needs but without her mother. They also asked her at the time if she was on speakerphone in order for the conversation to be not heard from me. . She then told them that it was extremely rude of them to make those comments about her mother and she would seek care from a different doctor.

I was treated very well. I had a scary "mole" on my back, which turned out to be another type of skin condition, & it was looked & removed quickly. I was also able to discuss my adult acne which had been plaguing me for 10 years & for the first time I was finally prescribed a topical treatment I can't wait to try. Dr. Getz had a very friendly demeanor. The only thing negative I can say is when I came in I was told my appointment was an hour an 10 minutes after it was. Oh well, I had a book.

Went to have some moles removed. I was a new patient and was in and out in about an hour. That included filling out the new patient forms. Dr. Getz and his staff were very professional and easy to talk to...didn't rush at all. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services again if necessary
