I have been going to the Winnetka office for many years. I am a repeat patient and treatment customer because Doctor Cook and everyone on his staff consistently exceed expectations. I recently saw Beth Harris RN for dermal fillers. Beth kept me informed throughout the treatment and took the time necessary to render a result that far exceeded my expectations. Her expertise is evident in her medical knowledge, professionalism, and ability to foresee and create natural results. Additionally, Beth is a positive person with outstanding human relations skills, which makes her simply fun to be around. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Gigi is so amazing! She is very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. She always makes time for you and works around your schedule. I will go to her for all of my beauty concerns and needs. I have had and continue to have THE best service at Dr. Cooks' office in his downtown Chicago location. Dr. Cook makes you feel comfortable and is highly effective at discussing complex surgical procedures in an easy to understand way. He's like the uncle everyone loves. He truly makes you feel like you're in the right place and most importantly, that he knows what he's doing. Tyler is so personable, a great listener and is perfect for her position. Natalie, Mary and Karen are wonderful and simply really likable and professional nurses who apparently love their jobs and are also great at what they do. Had my first facial with Joy today and she is a skin guru with such positive energy -- my face feels terrific and is glowing. Bernadette and Jake at the front desk are really friendly when you arrive and always seem to remember my name -- even though I am a rather new customer. I highly recommend Whole Beauty Institute, their customer service is superior and hard to beat.
