First time here in 11 years. The staff is wonderful!! Dr, whang is just amazing. She made me feel comfortable and had all kinds of information for me.

I made an appointment for a consultation. Everything went well, and a few days later I decided to book the service. When I attempted to make the appointment for two months from the date, I was sent a link in the app for the amount of full service. I asked to have a copy of the policy that stated all services are paid in full at the time of booking. On their website the policy for the $50 deposit for the consultation is clearly stated with the terms; however, there is no mention of the policy that services are to be paid in full when making an appointment. When I asked for a copy of the policy, I was told there isn’t one but this should have been discussed during my consultation. It was not. I do not think it’s unreasonable to have a written policy if you’re expecting clients to pay in full for services prior to the day of service. As a customer, it’s not unreasonable to want your consumer protections clearly stated when expected to pay for services months before you receive the service. I was able to get my consultation fee back.

Dr. Carrie Davis is one of kindest and knowledgeable doctors you will ever encounter. She does a remarkable job in addressing any skin issues. She makes her patients feel comfortable and that they are truly cared for. I highly recommend her and she really is the best doctor I have ever had to visit.

I have been a Dr McTigue patient for decades and as she retired I was saddened. But then I met Dr Davis and she was thorough, delightful and an excellent provider. I appreciate her kindness and value the staff in this office. Clean, polite, respectful, caring. I can’t say enough good things.

Friendly and professional. Well done Erin and Madison! . Slicing consecutive sections off my nose till the cancerous cells were eliminated will never be my idea of a fun way to spend a morning but I always felt I was in competent hands and everyone seemed genuinely kind.
