Winslow Facial Plastic Surgery: Catherine Winslow MD

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Dr. Winslow. I got my rhinoplasty May of 2023. It is now November 2024. I wanted a revision to fix the bump on my nose, which was the only reason I got the nose job done in the first place. First off, they cancelled multiple appointments on me, which was incredibly inconvenient. I once drove all the way to their office (over two hours), only to have them cancel last minute. On top of that, after all the delays, they told me they could fix my nose without anesthesia, for free. When I finally got a chance to discuss the issue, they wanted to charge an outrageous amount (1/3 of the original cost) to fix something that was their fault in the first place. To make matters worse, they completely ignored my concerns for three months! No follow-up, no answers, nothing. This whole process has been a waste of time and energy, and I still haven’t had the problem fixed. They are not only unprofessional but seem to be more interested in making money than actually helping patients. If you're looking for a surgeon who takes your concerns seriously and treats you with respect, look elsewhere.

Hands down best place in Indy for Botox! Also, Botox typically lasts 3-4 months, but mine always last around 5 months max! Triste is amazing

I interviewed six plastic surgeons to repair and corset my platysma muscle in my neck, as well as, tighten the jowls and the muscles in my lower face. I experienced a mishap during a previous procedure (with a different plastic surgeon) that broke the corset, so I needed to feel safe and sure I was in the right hands. I was looking for someone who could perform a deep plane lift which gives a longer more natural look. A coworker had the exact procedure I was looking for with Dr. Winslow and she looked great…very natural with no distortion. I was also impressed with the fact that Dr. Winslow worked in reconstructive surgery at Walter Reed. Dr. Winslow was the last surgeon I spoke to out of the six and I knew right then that she was the one I was going with to do my lift. She answered all my questions in a kind and intelligent manner. I mentioned that there was a deep scar left from the previous procedure and she said she could help make it less noticeable. Three months later I went in for my surgery. Before I drifted off I reminded her of my chin scar. She said she would have seen it and fixed it without a reminder. It now looks so much better. I was provided with all the information I need to prepare for my surgery and I felt very cared for in my post surgery appointments. I am a month out (it takes 12 months to see full results), but I can say I am very pleased with the results. Her staff is amazing. I had some questions that I would normally feel were too sensitive to ask, but the nurse Triste is such a knowledgable, easy, caring person I felt comfortable asking her. Also, Dr. Winslow provided a direct line to her post surgery for any important questions which I have never experienced with any doctor. I could not be happier with the procedure and service I received from Dr. Winslow, as well as, the entire staff!

Dr. Winslow does great work and with a lovely bedside manner. She listened to my questions and offered advice without being pushy. I was very satisfied with my results. Additionally, her staff is always ready to answer questions and are upbeat and professional in their work. It's a winning team at Winslow's!

Everyone in this building has been so helpful, kind, and informative. Dr. Winslow did my procedure 6 months ago and is definitely one of the best. Gentle, responsive, and very experienced. Triste the head nurse has been wonderful every step of the way as well. If you ever have a question you can reach out to them and they are always timely on getting back to you with any concern you may have. I have referred several people to this office because of the great experience I’ve had. I appreciate this team more than they know, they’ve been able to give me the boost I’ve always wanted.
