Jill is professional and very thorough. I had my annual skin check appointment today. I was pleased to be called back to the exam room very quickly, but then had to wait at least 20 minutes in a cold exam room wearing nothing but my undies and a paper gown. It would be much more comfortable to spend the larger balance of the wait time clothed in the waiting room.

First appointment was fine, no long wait time in waiting room or room itself waiting to be seen. Tho, time with staff did feel a tad rushed. I've called twice since to follow up on a new rx (insurance denied and sample pack will run out before next scheduled appointment). It's been 2 weeks since first call, almost week since last call, yet to receive a return call. This alone has made my decision to discontinue rx and to not return to this office. Not a great first impression.

Dr. Rivera was kind and explained the process thoroughly. He was gentle during the MOHs procedure as well. I was very anxious initially and he helped to relieve my concerns prior to having the procedure. He seemed very knowledgeable and I am glad that I chose his office. The procedure went well overall. The two young ladies that helped me in the first stage as well as helping in closing up my wound at the end were amazing. They were very professional and they both seemed quite knowledgeable. I do not know their names but they are both excellent nurses. They have very bright futures ahead, I am sure. I have them to thank as well for helping me to be cancer free. I hope the recovery and the follow up visit goes well. Thank you again to the doctor and the two nurses and any other staff for helping me through this process.

Brooke and Tricia were nothing less than spectacular. So very considerate made my procedure pain free. They explained everything they were going to do Thank you, ladies!!

I have been seeing Jill for several years now, and have been very pleased! She is very thorough and takes the time to answer all my questions. I have had multiple lesions removed and have never experienced pain or discomfort. The office staff is helpful and so friendly. They work very hard to ensure patients have the best and most efficient visit possible. I always recommend Skin Solutions for those looking for a dermatology practice!
