Taylor is the absolute best! She’s always professional but personable at the same time. When I had a scary diagnoses, she made me feel very comfortable. She’s great at what she does!!

I waited 55 minutes to see the provider. I find this unacceptable. Taylor is always friendly, professional and willing to listen. I give her 5 stars, but not the scheduling. It is too bad the office is not prepared for the number of patients they schedule leaves a very bad impression.

I had a long wait to be seen, after my appointment time however, it was the day after a Holiday and the office was very busy. I did however, receive great care and Taylor was very attentive. Both she and the office staff was apologetic for my wait time.

Very friendly staff, waiting on the NP for our first room visit was quite long ( MIL was very agitated and wanted to leave she thought they forgot @ her / she does have dementia so it was hard to explain I figured they were probably just very busy today ) but once seeing NP she was very nice and was able to do our requests today - very nice and thorough and glad we were able to get things done today :) 4 stars for the wait but 5 stars for service

Taylor was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. However everyone else that I met/worked with in that office was so rude, unhelpful, and just mean. I waited an hour past my appointment time in to be seen by anyone, they led me in wrong places just to have the front desk person look like I was dumb, and they did not even care to listen to what I had to say, etc. I walked out of that office shocked at how I was treated and hoping that I never have to go back. I hope you don’t have the same experience as I did.
