Dr. Flores is an exceptional healthcare professional who consistently demonstrates remarkable qualities. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also possesses a genuine commitment to patient care. Her dedication to resolving complex medical issues is truly commendable. Recently, I encountered an ongoing skin breakout concern that deviated from an unknown skin condition. Dr. Flores prescribed appropriate medication and scheduled a follow-up appointment. However, an unforeseen surgical procedure arose, which unfortunately could not proceed due to potential infection risks. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, I promptly contacted Dr. Flores' office to express my concerns. Remarkably, she accommodated me on the same day to perform a biopsy, ensuring a timely diagnosis and resolution of the issue. This enabled me to proceed with the necessary neck procedure, alleviating discomfort and facilitating a prompt recovery. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Flores' exceptional care and responsiveness. Her willingness to go above and beyond to address my concerns is truly exceptional. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge Amy, a valuable member of Dr. Flores' staff, who efficiently communicated my urgent situation to the doctor, enabling a swift resolution. All employees were friendly & welcoming. Wait time was brief both in waiting room & exam room. Dr. explained what various skin spots were & options for treatment. I chose a "middle of the road" treatment with the option of changing treatment if progress was not made. I was very comfortable with the staff & will return for additional evaluation & treatment if needed.

My office visit was on time, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr Florek gave me a complete full body exam, explained areas of concern and often treats treatable areas. Dr Florek listens to my concerns and answers them in a friendly manner. She is truly a compassionate, professional Doctor.
