UNACCEPTABLE ! Kate spent more time talking about my other health concerns than the dermacological condition I was there for. 🔹Spoke in a condescending manner 🔹Did not answer my questions. 🔹Tried to convince me I was addicted to pain medicine (I go to a pain clinic for that). 🔹Suggested I take up knitting to keep from picking on my face (I know how to knit and I don't like it.. that's why I don't do it.. and I don't pick on my face) 🔹 Gave me a sample medication 7 months past it's expiration date. 🔹 I had a caustic reaction to the sample medication and called the office early Friday and no one called me back until Monday afternoon! I called to cancel my follow-up appointment with Kate and tried to set an appointment with someone else and was told I would need to go back to see Kate. I made my initial appointment based on the many five-star reviews but those five star reviews did not follow through for me.

They took no time to actually examine my skin problems. The dermatologist threw the first medicine she could find my way, and now my skin is 100x worse than before.

Provider was very thorough and answered all my questions. Appointment was on time and quick, but did not feel rushed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

What a wonderful visit! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Kate Sedlaczek took her time and made me feel comfortable. She took time to discuss all possible treatment plans and options. She wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered and was very personable. Very highly recommended!

All the staff was extremely friendly and kind! I had a root canal done, and it was a very good experience. It was quick and painless, and I have had no issues with that area since.
