In Touch Salonspa

Megan has been my stylist for over 4 1/2 years. She is a sweet lady that I’m blessed to know. Every time I go in with a new idea, she will give me her honest opinion, instead of just making the money and doing the cut/dye. She’s a very busy lady (that’s a good sign in its self), but I urge you to give Megan a try. You will NOT regret it.

We were given the same beginner stylist two different visits. Each visit was for a kids haircut, age 11, very well-behaved boy. The first one took two and a half hours. The appointment was at 5:30 and we left at 8 pm, exhausted and hungry since we hadn't eaten dinner. The second visit, with no hair wash, just a cut with a spray bottle, took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Way too long. The stylist did a good cut but took a ridiculous amount of time. I tried to give this salon a third chance. I tried scheduling my son with a more advanced stylist when I called for a third appointment, but the receptionist would only give me options for the same beginner stylist. I booked elsewhere, and he got a perfect cut that he loved that took about 35 minutes. Besides our bad experiences, the entrance is very congested. It makes it difficult to get in and out due to the set up of the receptionist booth. Check-in is immediately at the door when you walk in. There are very few uncomfortable seats for waiting customers, especially when the stylist is running 15-20 minutes behind. Unfortunately, this salon was not accommodating to our request for a different stylist, so we won't be back.

Love love my my hairstylist. She is amazing. I would give 5 stars, however the 4 stars is based on the facility as a whole. Online does not offer scheduling, which is ok. However, they don't answer the phone half the time and I am holdi for about five minutes and sent to an answering machine without a return call or a timely return call. Which causes me to take a lot of time out of my day just to make contact with someone to schedule an appointment.

It was so hard to get an appointment anywhere but when I called In Touch they answered right away and got me set up with an appointment. They even sent me a reminder text! My husband and I came together to get haircuts. Paige cut my hair and she was super nice and I loved the results. Kenna cut my husbands hair and made him feel comfortable trying something new! Would recommend to anyone!!

Exceeded all my expectations! First time coming here with my daughter and everyone was super nice and provided exactly what we wanted for our hair cuts. Very relaxing and welcoming experience and will definitely be returning!
