IV Hydration Vitamin Therapy

I by no means like going to the doctor and avoid them any time possible. But this group right here has sold me! They are top notch. I was treated you like you are their favorite patient, not a number. Put things into a language I can relate to. Not to mention, the speed of service = game changer for my lifestyle. Bernadette is a rockstar. Thank you all for what you have done for me.

I had the day off and was not feeling well, back and shoulder pain, some congestion. I was excited to try the zero gravity float bed which I booked the day before my appt date. As well as the salt therapy sauna. I was told upon arrival the bed was not ready and was not “turned on” and it would not even be available to use until the next day, because it takes that long to be ready, they offered me a free session in the aqua massage bed. And I also learned that the heat setting cannot be on at the same time if the salt therapy is running. So I had to use the vitality booth which was decent, limited red light exposure and hard plastic chair to sit on during the treatment. Not the greatest first impression/experience.

The desk lady acted like I was disturbing her more important computer work when I asked about details of their other services she directed me to papers on PRICING only. She also acted Luke I was stupid bc I pressed the call button instead of the stop bottom that I forgot about when I was about to pass-out from heat in the device. She didn't even ask if I was OK. I have Lupus so I'm heat I tolerant so I needed air quickly. She was more concerned with me heading to next room for injection and didn't even notice that I was falling over from being dizzy. Oddly the Aqua Massage is DRY. When I asked about it prior to service she said it was dry you keep your clothes on & that was it she ran through the 5 buttons in like 20 seconds & expected me to remember I had to get out early because it was inside a tanning bed like clamshell with a heavy membrane that lays on you & is weighted down on you with water. You are trapped in there sweating. Zero air flow goes through it. I was still charged full amount even though I got out in 20minutes because I was about to have a panic attack over the heat & being trapped. I would definitely choose another place for wellness services to a staff that acted like they cared about you as well as wanting to educate you about their services. The injection lady seemed nice but in & out with no eye contact in 2 minutes she also handed me papers instead of answering questions. Basically it's a money factory. Get in get out. No one cares. They do t even TRY to upsell & I would have scheduled teeth whittener, the semaglutide shots, the infusions, wow.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the IV Hydration Vitamin Therapy lounge and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for an exceptional experience and they took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to tackle whatever the day had in store. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I will definitely be returning for another visit in the near future.

I really enjoyed the new wellness services that they have incorporated and added to their regimen. I tried their infrared halotherapy sauna, dry float and red light vitality booth. I have had their IV infusions in the past and they have always been easy to talk and professional. Definitely will be back and will plan to bring friends.
