My wife needed a medical exam for her immigration and green card application, which is required by the U.S. government for form I-693. We chose this office for the exam, and it’s easily the best doctor’s office we have ever visited. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and the facility is clean and modern. As part of the requirements, my wife needed six different vaccinations. Since we don’t have insurance and were mindful of costs, they suggested we go to the Shelbyville and Franklin Health Department for the vaccinations, where the fees are much lower. We followed their advice, and it saved us a considerable amount of money. A week after her exam and blood work, the results came back clear, allowing us time to complete her vaccinations. Once we were done with that, Supro Direct provided us with the sealed and signed I-693 form we needed for her green card. I highly recommend this office for a hassle-free experience you won’t regret!

I had an injection done for knee pain and the results are wonderful. My pain is nearly gone. The staff is awesome and quick to response. The Dr takes his time to explain everything that is needed before and after the injection.
