Jeanna is truly great at what she does for many reasons. She is extremely professional but also down-to-earth and kind. She listens to everything you want and executes exactly how you want it, always asking for feedback mid procedure/injection/etc. You can tell she has spent countless hours and $$ training so she can give you the absolute best results. She makes sure you know all possible side effects, adverse effects, or things to look out for prior to your procedure so you are fully informed, though based on her extensive training I’m sure unwanted effects are extremely rare. You can tell Jeanna has joined the esthetics industry because she is passionate about self-empowerment. Her studio is also very sophisticated, clean, and modern, which I think mirrors how she is with her techniques. I won’t be going to any other medical spa!

After moving to Indianapolis from Bloomington five years ago, I struggled to find a MediSpa where I felt safe and could trust the providers. Unfortunately, I had several negative experiences at different locations—untrained injectors, outdated techniques, and even an injector who caused permanent damage to my upper lip. I also encountered providers who still believe that the body naturally dissolves injectable fillers, which isn’t always the case. One of the most frustrating experiences I had was with old filler that had migrated and was visibly noticeable. I knew something was off, but multiple providers in Indianapolis dismissed my concerns. Some even gaslit me, insisting that I had simply gained weight or that it was “impossible” for filler to still be present. It was disheartening and made me feel like I had no options. She also had background knowledge about connective tissue disorders, which I have, and that alone made me feel even more confident in her expertise. Jeanna prioritizes safety and client education, making sure her clients feel informed and empowered in their decisions. She also has an incredible eye for aesthetics and takes a thoughtful, personalized approach rather than pushing unnecessary treatments. Years ago, I had a horrible physical reaction to Botox-the first time I’d ever tired it.The place I went to dismissed my concerns and told me I “probably had the flu.” When I told Jeanna about this, she immediately took it seriously and suggested doing a neurotoxin allergy test to rule out any potential issues. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, ensuring I had my EpiPen, ordering a round of steroids just in case, and letting me know she was available 24/7 if I had any kind of reaction. The test went smoothly, and for the first time in ten years, I felt safe enough to try Botox again for my chronic migraines and TMJ. I had a great experience and I haven’t had a headache since Jeanna did my Botox. My jaw feels better than ever, and as a bonus, I look amazing. Almost too good. (Seriously, I almost feel guilty about how good I look LOL.) Jeanna has the best bedside manner of any injector I’ve ever worked with. She listens, validates, and truly partners with you on your aesthetic goals. I trust her completely and will never go anywhere else.
