All the staff has made me feel comfortable & they are all so kind hearted. Michelle especially had great bedside manner & takes time to ensure all your questions are answered. Dr. Johnson & Elle, PA have been amazing during all of my appointments. The nurses and physicians truly care about their patients & that goes a long way. I’m so thankful to have found this office to take care of me! 10/10 would recommend!

A office can’t be ran properly without an office manger and that Lela heard my concerns and didn’t stop or take any no’s to ensure that I got the things I needed. Kudos Lela!!! Dr. Johnson is wonderful!! She’s very attentive to my needs and also very knowledgeable to what I have going on. After, dealing with severe psoriasis for 5 years now I’m finally confident that I will get the best treatment thanks to Dr. Johnson.

The Dermatology Associates staff display a high level of professionalism from the time I arrived until the time I left. I was most comfortable with the checking on my comfort level, that I was feeling no pain at any time during the procedure. I was also allowed to relay my concerns about the procedure before it begun with all questions being answered to my satisfaction.

I literally just walked out of this place. I arrived at 2:50 PM, 10 minutes before my appointment at 3:00 PM. There was a person there before me and there was another patient who arrived after me. I was taken back to a room where I waited well over 45 minutes to be seen. I could hear the Dr. going to every room BUT mine. Finally, I decided to get up and ask how much longer I would have to wait, I was told I was next. I could feel my anger rising up in me, especially after reading these reviews with many others stating how they’ve waited over 40 to 60 minutes to be seen. So at that point, I decided to get up and leave. This office schedules patients like a hair stylist who stacks clients on top of one another. She is the ONLY doctor in the office, and there’s no reason why four other people should be scheduled at the same time as me. To add insult to injury, when I walked out, in the lobby, was the woman who came after me. I assumed that maybe she just had the same issue with me, so I asked her if the doctor had already seen her, and she replied that the doctor had seen her! So I was sitting there waiting and she was seeing patient who arrived after me that had an appointment at the same time. I am extremely insulted, I feel like my time was not valued, and I will NEVER visit this ladies office again. My time is just as valuable as hers. They have the nerve to charge you a no-show or cancellation fee, but don’t value your time, when you show up early and on time. Save yourself the time and the trouble and don’t go here. Everyone in these reviews is not wrong ! *ALSO! They NEVER answer the phone when I call.

Was having trouble getting Michelle to be honest about doing my prior authorization for my much needed meds however, I called and spoke with Debbie and she was amazing! She got my prior authorization done quickly and an approval. She called to keep me informed and was so caring and sweet! Don’t lose her she is a huge asset to this office! I love Asia (reception) she is very friendly and has a beautiful smile. Nish (I think that was how you spell it) was so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this office with the exception of Michelle being dishonest with me about completing things that have a deadline and always seems bossy to the other staff when I’m in office (3 times now) Absolutely love Dr. Johnson.
