Kathleen does an amazing job with tattooed eyeliner! I had an appointment to go elsewhere for a lot more money when they suddenly cancelled my appointment because they were over booked. I googled this type of work and found Permanent Impressions. Kathleen was able to get me in quickly. She is professional and her office looks more like a hospital room than cosmetic center. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness since I was having something done so close to my eyes! My eyes look fantastic every day and it didn’t hurt at all. In fact, it tickles since she has a product that numbs the area. And the best part is that she does a free touch up 4 weeks after since the tattooing can flake and peel. She provides other cosmetic procedures too which are listed on her website and I’m certain that everyone is top notch! I found a gem when I found her business!!!
