Very kind staff. The provider we saw was extremely knowledgeable and really sweet. They took good care of my baby. I felt heard and left very confident.

Made an appointment weeks ago for my daughters and I to go. Also advised of my insurance during the initial call. This morning, the day of the very anticipated appointments, we were told they do not take our insurance. I feel this is very poor practice and we should have been made aware. “We recently stopped taking your insurance”. The communication from setting up the appointments for 3 people took almost an hour, how could this not have been figured out then.

The staff were very responsive. I arrived and was seen within 5 minutes. I had several concerns. Dr. Kurlin listened and thoroughly examined me. She diagnosed each area, explained treatment in an understandable way. I highly recommend Dr. Kurlin.

Customer service is horrible. I just called to ask about my appointment time. The representative on the phone couldn't understand my name then once we got through that catastrophe we had to verify DOB, address, age, email, etc. I CALLED! I understand verifying information to provide accurate information but I called about my appointment time. I understand verify my 3rd cousin baby daddy is important in giving me a date and time. If I wasn't speaking to someone from a third world country that wouldn't tell the difference between a C and a D maybe we wouldn't have anxiety issues.

The front desk checking lady was very kind. The young lady that took me to my exam room was very attentive and showed interest in my visit. The pratitioner asked questions and showed top notch service and concern for my questions. She is an outstanding provider. Thank you for your kindness.
