I’ve been to this office 3-4 times over the years for simple wart removals. Katrina every single time has been amazing to work with. She explains my options into great detail, always does an excellent job , and is a pain free process. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend this office and staff enough.

Dr. Randall treated me well when the other two providers I’ve seen did not. I went to this location to have my cancer removed and he was very warm and pleasant. The woman that took me back and numbed me for my procedure was so rude. She told me to sit down and told me “well we aren’t doing the mohs today” and I was confused. I asked her why, and what we would be doing. She said my insurance does not cover that procedure so they are going to cut away more tissue and send it to a lab and I may have to come back again. I told her I checked with my Insurance and they do cover it. She told me no, and to sign the form and then numbed me. Dr.Randall came in and was very nice to me, and the woman who took me back told him we weren’t doing the mohs because of my insurance. He said oh yes we are and it is covered. I work in the medical field, and I couldn’t believe how nasty she was speaking to him. She was so shitty and it was incredibly awkward to be sitting and listening to them going back and forth. He must have got fed up with her and told me he would write off anything my insurance didn’t cover. I told him thank you, and I appreciate him. He completed my surgery, gave me my post op instructions and I waited and later was told I could go home. Dr. Randall is great, I just hope he can change the way people are being treated. I had a few visits at the Westfield location that were completely awful.

They dont have any communication skills with the patients at all. They are rude and have no empathy for there patients. You make appointments and they change the date or time without communication with you at all until you either show up or get a text the day before.

I am so grateful for Dr. Manning and his staff for the kindness they have always shown me and the effort and work that they have done to meet the requirements imposed by the insurance companies to meet my specific health-care needs.. Thank you and God bless you all!

My own personal experience years ago was amazing which is why I suggested my wife go there. The med spa kept canceling appointments due to staff leaving but charged me for two months without receiving services I asked for a refund back to my account which they are doing. The issue I have is when I called I asked for it completely understanding of there staff shortage and I asked if I could be credited since I did not receive services the lady wanted to basically what it felt like is put blame on us for them cancelling appointments and had a smirking attitude the whole conversation. I finally asked after her going on and on with a attitude why she was being rude because I was not being rude and was understanding of the situation I just felt I should receive my money back if I did not receive services this month. This is a shame that I have to complain due to the fact I went there and as a teenager and my parents spent tens of thousands on me for laser treatments which were very effective but I believe this place has changed and whoever is in charge of med spa needs to be counseled on ethics and how not to treat paying customers due to the fact my wife and myself have spent thousands at the med spa and expect to be treated with respect and dignity as I would treat them
