Terrible customer service took my co- pay then had me waiting 30 minutes in lobby when I asked how long before I was to be seen I was informed of wait of an hour and 15 minutes. So very unprofessional and disrespectful. I travelled from Indianapolis looking for good care and was met by shameful care very disappointed

Dr. Lai is amazing! He performed a basal cell removal and suturing around my temple as well as a sebaceous hyperplasia on my nose in 2003 and then performed an innovative fold and flap procedure on a lentigo maligna on my cheek in 2016. The scarring is minimal, barely noticeable, and follows the natural contours of my face. He is an artist and his surgical abilities are extraordinary. The Indianapolis plastic surgeon in our insurance network said the only thing that could be done is a skin graft on my cheek which would not have turned out well. Dr. Lai will explore all options and provide you with outstanding results including aesthetic integrity.

I felt like he talked over me when I spoke.

He claims I don't meet insurance requirements for a breast reduction, but my primary care says I do....soooo, yeah, I'll be getting a 2nd opinion. I didn't like his personality anyway, so probably did me a favor. 😁👍
