I started getting Botox in downtown Chicago in 2011. I saw two different doctors during this time, one was on Rush Street and one was on Oak Street. I thought the results from both doctors were great … UNTIL I discovered Dr. Katsaros I almost 3 years ago. After my first visit with Dr. Katsaros, I knew I would never go ANYWHERE ELSE. When I tell you that the difference in pricing is almost as HUGE as the difference in results … I promise you I’m not exaggerating in the slightest! Dr. Katsaros deserves a standing ovation for fully encompassing outstanding service and the most fantastic almost instant and lasting results!! Dr. Katsaros and his staff go above and beyond to be as informative as possible, they take time to answer any questions you might have - without rushing you or making you feel guilty for taking up their time, they explore and discuss payment options with you in advance and even take insurance when applicable … they aren’t just there to take your money and push you out the door … everyone is so personable and genuine … it makes my entire visit a wonderful experience instead of a dreaded process like I was used to going through in Chicago! About a year after I became a patient of Dr. Katsaros, I relocated a few states away … and I am not making a 7 hour drive at least twice a year … because the service and results are THAT GOOD! I wouldn’t even consider trying to find another location or doctor that could beat the service, pricing and results that Dr. Katsaros offers … if I had to drive 7 days I would! Luckily it’s just 7 hours :) If you are looking for a doctor and a staff that talk TO YOU not AT YOU, where you will feel valued and appreciated, where you WON’T be overcharged, where your results will turn heads and have you feeling and looking your absolute BEST - then RUN don’t walk to book your appointment with Dr. Katsaros!! I purchased from this doctor online Groupon to have 20 units of botox. I proceeded to lay down on the table he did my crows feet and while doing so he was very rough after that he proceeded to stick the needle in my forehead and it was extremely painful and I asked him to stop. I told him that I needed to take a break this was while he was doing my forehead and after the break, I said him there’s no way I’m gonna let you stick that needle in my head again unless you can agree to be more gentle, so instead of agreeing to be more gentle he proceeded to tell me that I could take the Botox syringe and put it in the refrigerator. I paid for it so I took it but what the hell am I supposed to do with it . Which simply said to me is that he refused to be more gentle while sticking a needle in my face. I have reported him to the Medical Board as well!! Don’t go to this guy! He is disrespectful to women

I'm so glad I decided to let Dr. Katsaros to do my breast augmentation!!! He did such an amazing job! With EVERYTHING! The staff made me feel at ease and he was very thorough with what he advised and how he was going to do the procedure. And his work is beyond exceptional! Like I said...I'm SO GLAD I let him do my breast implants! No regrets! 🫶🏽❤️

I scheduled my appointment with Dr Katsaros, 4 years ago for a botox consultation. I like that he is a doctor that I feel comfortable chatting about all my cosmetic concerns with over the years. He is very candid, and provides excellent feedback. His Botox treatments have really helped to stop my frequent migraines, and I continue to maintain my youthful complexion with Pixel treatments. I recommend Dr Katsaros for sure.
