I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Macias a little over a week ago. It was such a positive and affirming experience. The scheduling process with Kylie was easy and quick. She was so kind and communicative. Lavene and Amy were also so kind, and made me feel very comfortable once in the patient room. Rachel was thorough and informative. All questions and concerns were addressed. She along with other staff, had genuine bedside manner. Based on my experience, I’d say this team, as a whole, truly has your best interest at heart. I was referred to The Centre by the on call hand Doctor that reviewed my ER case after I split my thumb open. From setting up my appointment to being taken care of by the staff, it was a pleasant experience. Each member of the team I met was attentive, very forthright with any information I needed & were an absolute pleasure to be around. Dr Downs has an amazing staff!

Sharing my experience with Dr. Downs and staff. From the beginning Rachel was very rude snatching my money out of my hands (keep in mind I was going to count it before giving it to her). I still proceeded with surgery thinking that was the worst that could happen (WRONG). After getting breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Downs my sister called the center PC with advise on the healing process. Andrea hung up the phone not once but twice in her! That’s definitely not a good experience when asking for help while recovering. Unfortunately, one of my boobs had complications and Dr. Downs had to fix it THREE times. Insane. He ignored all the concerns I had for my boob until it was too late and he had no other option but to redo surgery. Overall this was a TERRIBLE experience with my first time getting cosmetic surgery. I was charged almost $10k and I feel as if I chose and trusted the wrong doctor. Do your research and stay safe is my overall advise!

Dr Macias and her staff helped make this very personal decision easy and comfortable. They took the time to listen and answered all my questions. I was very nervous about having breast surgery but after it was done I was so happy with the results. She truly nailed it. I would highly recommend Dr Macias to anyone considering any cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Downs took the time to answer all questions my spouse & I had so we are able to make an informed decision. Very happy with our visit, excited to move forward as soon as my spouse gives me the go ahead.
