I absolutely LOVE getting my lashes done here! I've never left unhappy with the end result! Rachell is spot on with her skill and I would (and do)recommend her to everyone! All of her services are awesome! I've gotten several tattoos from her as well! Can't wait to try other services!

If you go here for lash extensions, do NOT go see Autumn, their new tech. I got extensions from Autumn a few months ago after seeing her work & loving it. All in all, each time I went I was patient, kind, and tipped 20%. I loved how my lashes looked when I left the salon, but every single time I went I’d lose a significant amount of lashes within just 24 hours. Lash techs love to try and blame the client - say you’re a rough sleeper, a product you used didn’t agree, etc……I am 10000000% sure this wasn’t the case with me, as I was EXTREMELY careful, slept like a corpse after getting them, wore an eye mask at night, didn’t wet my lashes for 48 hours, washed them as directed, and didn’t use skin products or eye makeup period (even though Autumn said I could wet them the next morning?). And again - this happened each time I went within the first 24 hours, it was a pattern. I was still kind & patient as I knew she was new, but I would politely ask her to fix her work as it wasn’t right for me to pay to have wonky lashes I was very embarrassed to wear in public within less than a day. I don’t believe this was unreasonable, and again I STILL tipped & was understanding/flexible - I was not rude at all. The last time I tried to contact her for a fill, I received no response whatsoever from Autumn. I had stated in my text that I was due for a fill, but casually mentioned I had my first day at a new job coming up and wanted to look/feel good as well……..and she never replied whatsoever. This left me scrambling to find a technician who could fit me in before I began work, so I did not look like a fool with no lashes on my first day. The new lash tech who fixed my lashes said they were applied terribly, and caused a huge amount of damage to my natural lashes, which almost entirely fell off even with being removed properly by a licensed tech. I understand she’s new & learning, but this was extremely unprofessional conduct that left a bad taste in my mouth, and also left me stressed & insecure for my first day at work - a day I was excited for & wanted to feel confident about. As lash techs/cosmetologists, you should WANT your clients to feel good about themselves after they leave, not look an absolute fool. If she didn’t think we were a good fit/wasn’t sure how to troubleshoot the issues I was having with fallout, she should have at least communicated that, or asked for some guidance from a more experienced tech at the salon, or just said that she had trouble doing my lashes & recommended me to go to someone else.

I look forward to my lash apt every other week w Rachel! She always makes me look/feel so beautiful & she is very good at listening to what her client wants & executing it perfectly! Very welcoming environment too

Rachel is absolutely the best! She does a great job on my lash extensions, and I've never had my lashes damaged or hurt. Super sweet lovely lady to boot. Does a great job in a short time.
