Friendly staff, very short wait time, even though my appointment was scheduled for the next day (Fortunately, for me, they had a cancellation right at my appointment time!) Michelle Hicks was very proficient and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Megan, the medical assistant was also very nice and seems to have a wealth of knowledge about what she is doing.

Staff is friendly and efficient. I've been seeing Dr. Drew Anderson for 20 plus years. I have a great deal of respect for this man. He doesn't have a problem listening to what my needs and questions are. Saved me from melanoma about 7 years ago. So far so good.

Dr. Anderson and his staff along with the office staff are very professional,friendly. They are very attentive to your concerns and needs and ask the patient questions concerning their visit. They put you at ease and explain the procedure every step along the way. You also are never left sitting in the waiting room,they get you in as soon as you arrive. My initial appointment was for a skin biopsy that came back positive for basal cell. I was a mess, and they did such a good job reassuring me of the procedure and outcome. I had the Mohs procedure done a few days ago, and everything went so smoothly. They helped me with my anxiety during the procedure, and were so kind and helpful while explaining my after care and what to look out for. I would recommend them to anyone for their dermatology needs!!

The staff was very organized, efficient and pleasant. I was especially grateful that they performed surgery on my 95 year old mother as first patient of the day to make her experience as short and easy as possible.
