How they handle patients apparently doesn’t matter to them. I was nervous for a long time getting my tattoo removed and finally pulled the trigger. After having roughly 5 sessions and scheduling my 6th session they cancelled the day before saying their laser was reading an error and it needed fixed. They said they would call me as soon as it was fixed and I didn’t hear anything for a month so I called back and they said he should be in to fix it that week. Still heard nothing and waited another month to call and they said it was still down but had no updates. 5 months go by for me to call again to ask if it was working for them to place me on hold and tell me they no longer offer that service and hung up. I wasted probably 3-4 sessions waiting to continue and now I am so far behind my progress because they couldn’t call and inform me. I could’ve moved on and committed somewhere else if they could’ve at least said something to me. Pathetic service in my opinion.

The desk staff was nice. Support staff is useless: No response to numerous follow-up calls. Eczema worsened while they piddled a week away. I'd say, "GO ELSEWHERE."

I made an appointment to have a skin check because I had a couple spots of concern. At my appointment the nurse clarified if I wanted just the spots looked at or all my skin, I confirmed again a full body check, but when the dr came in he barely even looked at my spots of concern and did not do a skin check like had been requested multiple times. I would have asked again but he was out the door before I even could realize he was done. I expected a lot more out of my visit and will now will be waiting months to get into another dermatologist to get what I asked for. 👎🏻

I'm so glad I was told about this place located in Richmond. Everyone was very kind, the Dr & his nurse went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable & answered all of my questions. I was impressed that I got in without a long wait. Grateful also they have office in Richmond!!
