I'm low-key pissed off!! I scheduled an appt and confirmed with my insurance company that Luke Walter's was in network. I received a phone call with their staff and she told me over the phone my insurance is in network. When I arrived for my appt, the receptionist told me my insurance was not in network and that the employee whom I spoke with thought my insurance was BCBS Medicare. What a total inconvenience and I won't be back. I'll go somewhere else where the workers respect my time as a patient. Ridiculous!

Warm welcome. Friendly staff who went through all expectations with me. Smooth procedure with respect to the patient’s needs, from questions answered, to favorite music played.

Patients don’t matter. Poor documentation and follow-through. This clinic raises patients hopes for relief from painful conditions by starting them on effective medications (via samples) only to devastate them when insurance denies coverage. But here’s the rub. With more investigation, come to discover that either the provider ensured insurance/drug assistance denial via poor medical documentation and/or they started a medical treatment knowing it was off label and would never be covered. I don’t know which is worse. Either way the patient suffers. Then they send you a bill.

Arrived early, for follow up, was greeted immediately. Waited only 5 minutes and was taken back by a pleasant assistant. After a break period was joined by Luke Walter's. Excellent demeanor, gave a full explanation and exam. Was concerned and professional. Would definitely recommend, Terry
