Dr Chatham is the BEST! He is probably the kindest doctor that I have ever met. I have seen him for Botox, a laser procedure, and my favorite which was a chemical peel under my eyes. He explains everything very thoroughly before he does it. I cannot thank him enough! The chemical peel under my eyes makes me look so much more refreshed. Thank you so much Dr Chatham and your staff for making me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I was told by my trusted family doctor to have a place behind my left ear removed and tested for cancer. He suggested me to see Dr Chatham. I called and left a message and was promptly called by friendly staff. They set me up for an in office procedure. Dr. Chatham had a visit with me to go over exactly what he was going to do, examined the scab,, told me exactly what he would do, gave me pre instructions and prescriptions and answered any questions I had. Day of, Dr Chatham and assistant Sunny did the procedure quickly and near painlessly. There was a little sting injecting the anesthetic but very minor. The rest was painless. They were finished in 30 minutes. Office ladies are thorough and very caring. I highly recommend this practice.

My experience with Dr. Chatham for Fraxel laser treatments has been truly exceptional. I deeply appreciate his honest approach and the realistic expectations he sets from the outset. After just two treatments targeting sun damage and the lines around my mouth and jaw, my skin not only looks noticeably better but also feels remarkably smoother and more refreshed. The Fraxel has significantly improved my skin's texture, softened those deeper lines, and given my complexion a brighter, more even tone. “Janet” on the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After explaining my situation and how my sole purpose for calling was to get a second opinion, she kept mentioning how Dr Chatham doesn’t do anything covered by insurance. Each time she’d mention this, I’d remind her that insurance wasn’t a concern, and that I was simply looking for a second opinion on my deviated septum. I have zero issue with paying for any of my visits, specifically of those excluding insurance coverage. She continues to talk over me and cut me off. Then I was told “could you hold on? We have patients here.” I understand it’s plastic surgery and it tends to lean more towards “out of pocket” cosmetic or major reconstructive cases, but to assume this office wouldn’t be a good option for a second opinion bc visits/surgeries are not covered by insurance is crazy to me. After mentioning my occupation, her tone changed and suddenly I was worthy of respect. Needless to say I have plans to receive a second opinion on my concerns elsewhere, with kinder receptionists.

Dr Chatham and staff go above and beyond to ensure you are well cared for. After my cosmetic procedure they contacted me almost daily to check up on me and ensure no issues until my follow up. I highly recommend Dr Chatham for all of your cosmetic needs!
