Randall Dermatology PC

I am very pleased. I'm glad I found them. Dermatologist Katie is a god send for me. She right off knew the skin problem I was having and battled for 2 years. She is VERY knowledgeable, explains everything, and in a way that I understand. She is a wonderful person and NP Dermatologist. She definitely gets 5 stars from me. I highly recommend her!

I had a mole rapidly growing on my head behind my ear. Being a cancer survivor I was getting stressed out. I call Randall Dermatology as well as my oncologist. Randall Dermatology set me up with a quick appointment. My oncologist wants to wait until we get results back. The mole was removed with very little pain. I’m just so glad that it’s gone. We now just have to wait and see if it was cancerous. Very pleased so far

While we were in the lobby the assistant snapped at my children to pick up the toys. My children would have picked them up without the attitude. Secondly the nurse practitioner kept telling me that she went to school and knows it’s eczema when our pediatrician only recommended to the dermatologist because she felt it was not eczema. They did not listen to me as the mother of the of the patient. They were also very rude.

Very happy with my visit. I'm from Winamac and was happy with the short drive. I felt like I was treated well .Thank you

Unresponsive, you can call several times and they never respond. Unreasonable, having me drive 3 hours to renew a perscription for a simple cream that could be done over the phone. Rude on the phone, with a manner of just wanting to get rid of you as fast as possible. Overall negative experience, and I HATE that this is the only medicaid option around, something they seem to count on in the way they treat people. Also still just can't seem to figure out the skin issue, been over a year and still "trying new things" each worse than the last.
