Forefront Dermatology Seymour, IN

The Forefront Team were very quick and efficient. The receptionist was fast, thorough, and very focused while multi-tasking with several patients at once which was very impressive. The clinical team was quick and answered all of my questions, handling my concerns with care and empathy. I really enjoyed my visit and will recommend them to my friends and family!

I just loved to the two women who treated my back and upper chest. They were very kind and generous with their time and attention.

Very easy office visit. Supper nice from time I arrived, till I left. My nurses as great. And the Doctors was so easy to talk to also. Awesome...

Outpatient/office surgery: 1. Understaffed lab. 3-4 hour procedure ended up being 6 hours. 2. Only 1 staff member came in to ask if needed anything in 6 hours. 3. Asked question of one staff member and member said would find answer. Still waiting the next day. 4. Left surgical tray of instruments uncovered and in walk way last 4 hours of appointment. 5. Left dirty gloves on counter along with medication filled syringe which was unlabeled with contents, date, and time. 6. No smiles, concern or caring exhibited by staff. 7. No unsolicited updates on why procedure taking so long.

The team was great and answered all of my questions. The check in process was easy with minimal wait time. The room had a touch screen monitor with different topics for more information.
