A hidden gem of NWI! I cannot say enough great things about this place and the staff here. The provider Jill is wonderful. She cares, listens, is not pushy with treatment, and you can tell she has the best interest of her patients. Her workers are also wonderful, communicating with them is very easy, they are pleasant and friendly both in person and communicating via phone. I would recommend this place a million times to everyone!

I Highly recommend, Jill and her staff they are GREAT and VERY knowledgeable, they are there to answer any question or questions you may have. THEY have helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!! I started my weight loss journey in the beginning of June and have lost 20lbs as of today. I am really Happy with my results thus far( and Excited & looking forward on losing the next 20 or more lbs) I ABSOLUTELY recommend Premier Vitality Clinic and am so glad I was able to find some place close to home to go to for helping me lose the weight and lowering my A1C!

Premier vitality clinic is awesome!! I’ve been taking vitamin shots that have helped so much with the way I feel. I just recently started the pellet testosterone replacement therapy. The procedure was painless and quick and would recommend it to everyone looking for a boost in your life. And don’t get me started on the staff hands down the most approachable professional personable staff I’ve ever met.

Jill and company at PVC are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and have been a blessing to find. I started the TRT treatment about 7 months ago, and a Peptide therapy a month ago. Family, friends, and coworkers have noticed a difference in me. Not only in appearance but also overall general mood and behaviors. At the age of 44 I felt sluggish, lack of ambition, anxiety, depression, and an extreme low libido.
