Forefront Dermatology Warsaw, IN

I have been going to Forefront for almost five years. I'm very pleased with the service I've gotten there. The staff is great. Lindsay Stevens is the best, she really knows her stuff. She always takes the time to explain regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, etc in detail. I definitely recommend Forefront.

When entering the reception area one is greeted by Michelle or Nancy. They are professional, caring and efficient! Once going back for treatment Tina was the professional helping me this time, and a fine caring, professional job she did! My experience has consistently been a great job by staff. I feel listened to and never feel rushed! Thank you!

I want to thank Lindsay and her staff at Forefront Dermatology for the help removing the Pilar cyst from my scalp. They are a group of outstanding professionals. Their bedside manner and caring attitude is exceptional and reassuring. Their clinic is very clean and well maintained. I would strongly recommend forefront to anyone. You will not be disappointed. The staff is 5 stars. Lindsey Stevens is professional, personable, and precise in diagnoses and treatment. The phone tree is -2 stars. I could not reach the Warsaw office directly, and the two people I reached in the corporate system had no way to get me to the Warsaw office and “pretended” that they could answer my very specific question for which they did not have access to the needed information. They forced me to jump through hoops that were completely irrelevant and unnecessary when a simple transfer to the Warsaw office staff could have quickly and efficiently provided a courteous response.

Lindsay was amazing she understood what I have been going through and she was able to quickly ask questions that pertained to my situation. I have waited a long time to be heard on my concerns and get help. Highly recommend her! Other staff was great as well. Didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. All around satisfied with my visit there.
