RC Dermatology Altoona

I had melanoma in Arizona 2010 thought I was time for a check up here in Iowa. I went with Susie @ RC dermatologist what is on my medical plan so I went to see her and I was told i was going to get a full body check for my first appointment and that did not happen. I was very disappointed. I have to go to another dermatologist to get my full body check. Recommend from my primary care Doctor. I left a message to double check the charges I was getting for my appointment left a message with no call back still 5 days later.. I will have to pay the bill because it’s not gonna go on my credit score. I would never recommend this person and company. I felt she was flying by the seat of her pants. She should know what her job is and I did not get what I am paying for. Please rethink how important this is to you.

I had my first ever skin check up today and these ladies could have not made me feel more comfortable about it. They were great! Amazing bedside manner, very informative, checking in on me to make sure I was feeling comfortable and relaxed me completely during my first appointment. Highly recommend!

The 1 doctor there is super nice however you can't treat everyone skin with the same thing. Me and my family went there we black the stuff she gave us she gives all people... No, our skin is not the same. The same products don't work for all skin types. I think she's extra nice to cover up the fact that she doesn't know what the hell she doing. And she be in high heels all the time like bro how you popping pimples in Stilettos.

EXCELLENT! Seniors in for cancer screening. Will be back for more help. This is a space for every age Very nice staff, kind, helpful, understanding. No push. Just whatever you need. Wow they're in Altoona! Thanks so much, to the whole staff.

Dr. Gail is fantastic, nurse Abigail also fantastic. Front office staff super nice. All in all a 5 star expierence.
