I do not like this clinic, I do not like the workers here, and most importantly, when speaking to a nurse, they do NOT want to educate you on medications THAT YOU ASK ABOUT BUT THEY TELL U OH U HAVE TO COME IN AND SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR.... BUT AREN'T YOU A NURSE ? U SHOULD BE ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT CONCERNS THAT PATIENTS HAVE. THIS IS ANOTHER BAD CLINIC I'VE BEEN IN SINCE I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE IN DES MOINES IOWA. THE STAFF SEEMS LAZY AND DOESN'T WANT TO HELP PATIENTS UNLESS THEY HAVE TO OR JUST DO THE BARE MINIMAL AND I AM ACTUALLY TIRED OF CLINIC AND DOCTOR OFFICES LIKE THIS HONESTLY.

I'm a veteran and I did not feel welcomed at all on the phone when I called. I'm not from IA. I guess they don't like people from the Carolinas. Maybe my southern accent was Russian to them. Lol.

Doctor rod has a great chair-side manner. He was thorough and took his time explaining to me the benefits of the medications he was prescribing. I phoned the next day to get clarification on one of the meds and was given accurate information. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.
