I highly recommend anyone considering plastic surgery in the Dubuque area to schedule a consultation with Dr. Kennedy. After consulting with four surgeons outside of the area, I immediately knew during my consultation with Dr. Kennedy that she was the right choice for me. Her pricing is competitive with surgeons in larger cities, but I had the added benefit of being able to return home the same day and recover in the comfort of my own space. My husband and I both agreed multiple times how grateful we were that I didn’t have to travel for the procedures. Dr. Kennedy and her staff have been incredibly professional, caring, and responsive to all of my questions—there have been many! Her aftercare has far exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated her honesty in setting realistic expectations for each procedure.

I have been seeing Dr. Kennedy for various procedures for over 10 years now. I have never left the office feeling less then pleased with everything I have had done. The staff and nurses are great as well! I would recommend Dr. Kennedy to anyone that is considering any cosmetic procedure.

When I went in for my injections under my eyes Dr. Kennedy was very confident that my problems would easily be addressed. When the injection was completed and I was shown the mirror, I asked when the results would be evident and she said instantly. I saw NO change. She said it might be because of swelling and it would be more noticeable in a couple of days. Well.....no change or improvement over the next 2 weeks. I called to express my concerns and the nurse stated that sometimes it does take a few weeks for results to show. I shared that is not what Dr. Kennedy had said. I was then told to call back in a week and if it wasn't better then they would take care of things for me. Well, nothing changed and I called to see what could be done and they said well you would have to schedule another injection for floor cost again. That is not how it was expressed during my previous call. No customer service beyond that point. I am VERY disappointed in the compete lack of results for the large sum of money I spent, and the lack of effort to make this right. Do not waste your money at this facility!

I had Botox and Lip fillers done by Dr. Kennedy. I was incredibly happy with the results. All of the lines that were developing on my forehead and around my eyes are completely gone. The assisting nurse was so personable and sweet! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a great experience from my consultation to my post op appointment. The RN is very good at what she does and will talk you through everything. The front desk people are so warming!
