RC Dermatology Grinnell

Had a great experience with the provider Jenifer, she was very knowledgeable helpful and helped me make informed decision's on what would work best. Explained what steps I would need to take to have the results I want. She made sure to hear me out on what I was looking for to make sure I was getting what I need and understood how the process would go. Over all she is very personable, kind and informative. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know.

This clinic has amazing staff all around. I get nervous when I see doctors, but Dr. Jones and staff made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be using them as my primary skin doctor. They were respectful and non judgmental of my situation and treated me with respect. The doctor also did a great job with my procedure.

I thought this would’ve been a great addition to Grinnell, as we don’t have an actual dermatology building here, but it’s sadly a waste of time. She doesn’t listen to a word you say, and she seems to look through you instead of at you - she’s very impersonal, which as the patient, is both uncomfortable and aggravating. I’ve had negative reactions and experiences to medications in the past, and I’ve repeated that over several times with clear words - but she still proceeded to prescribe it and expect me to take it to proceed with additional treatment, regardless of what I said. Extremely frustrating :(
