I have been seeing Dr. Cleveland for years and am repeatedly impressed with his ability to listen carefully and then determine what to do. Then he does it quickly and well and has a very good way of distracting you when it's going to sting. He also doesn't hesitate to quickly research what he needs to know and takes the needed action or gives you the appropriate prescription. When it is the latter, he explains why he is prescribing it and how to use it. And the office is always available if you have a question and need to call. My experience is they get the answer and get back to you quickly. I always appreciate that connection. I have recommended him to several friends who have had similar experiences. They all continue to see him, and when his name comes up in conversation (usually about some skin/health issue), there is always a sense of respect and comfort.

For years I have come to see Carol for her expertise but also her positive demeanor. I've always appreciated her caring manner. Prices are fair for the medical needs I have had.

Carol Menke is always friendly and thorough. Listens to you, and offers excellent advice and provides you with written instructions as well. Her staff is equally friendly and compassionate. I have moved out of the area and still will travel to see her

Dr Cleveland is great! He is very knowledgeable and caring. We will miss him, when he goes to the VA. The VA will be greatly improved with his addition.
