I scheduled a shellac pedicure with Audrey. When I arrived she asked my name and stated she forgot. She then informed me she forgot her lamp at home so she could only do regular polish or I could reschedule. I wasted my time going to her place. She could have easily called or texted me instead to save me a trip. This was my first experience with her and I am extremely disappointed. I have an upcoming trip that I now need to find someone else in time to do my pedicure. I would definitely not recommend her.

Today I had the pleasure of getting a Brazilian wax from Audrey O’Hara, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone with hidradenitis suppurativa and a darker complexion, I often find waxing to be a bit embarrassing and nerve-wracking. However, Audrey was incredibly understanding and considerate of my condition. She made sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Her expertise was evident in how she handled my skin with such care and precision. What truly stood out was Audrey’s commitment to quality. She even allowed me to double-check her work to see if I wanted any areas redone. To my amazement, there wasn’t a single spot she missed—everything was perfectly smooth and bare! Despite taking her time to ensure perfection, she was so quick and efficient that I barely felt any pain at all. Audrey O’Hara provided the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. Her blend of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients is unmatched. If you're looking for a top-notch wax, I highly recommend Audrey. You won’t be disappointed!

Audrey was wonderful! This was my first experience with a Brazilian wax, and she made me very comfortable! I also loved the fact that she wants it to be perfect, and took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving! I will definitely be coming back!!

Awesome experience! Audrey was conversational and professional during my wax and went above and beyond for me! She clearly knew what she was doing and made me comfortable during what can very well be an uncomfortable experience. Price was better than what I’ve found at other salons and I was more than pleased with the results. Will be returning for future waxes!
