I needed to re-order a few Obaji skin care products during the pandemic. Susan and Nicole were exceptional in handling my request and delivering it right to my door. Even though I hadn't taken advantage of Urban Effects MedSpa services recently, they were gracious and very patient-oriented.

Sue Cross did amazing work helping correct asymmetry in my face after an accident. She took time to really evaluate, then used her keen eye to make small adjustments with filler that produced fantastic improvements! Highly recommend!

I have problems with moderate hyperpigmentation I've been dealing with for 40 years. Susan examined my skin and took 3-D photos of my skin. She recommended products for me which helped tremendously. (Finally something that actually worked.) Urban effects crew are very professional, helpful, and caring.
