We had a great experience with Dr. Congdon during an emergency visit. We are from out of town, and our daughter had a laceration to her face while in the Waterloo area with friends. We had an hour and half drive to her, and while on our way down, we were hooked up with Dr. Congdon via referral. The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and friendly. My daughter was only 9 at the time, so this was a traumatic experience for her. Dr. Congdon did a tremendous job stitching up her face, and now (5 months later) her scar is near non-existent. This is the exact outcome we were hoping for. Thank you!

We got called back an hour after appointment time. We have been her two hours now. Still no answers. We made an appointment for an allergy consult and they made us see this awful excuse of a nurse practitioner who specializes in dermatology. She came in with an attitude and was arrogant. Telling us to try this this and this. Things we have all been doing. We were referred here by my daughters doctor and dermatologist. They both said this was allergy related. This lady said she knows what she is talking about and if we aren’t happy go back to our doctor. When I told her she already has a dermatologist she asked why we were seeing her. I explained because we moved here and it’s closer. She huffed and puffed and told us to go back to our old doctor if we weren’t happy with her and walked out. She sent in the manager who said we could be seen by another doctor. Then came back in and told us she would say the same as trish. Even the the new doctor didn’t even look at my daughter. This place is a joke.

Just terrible. Any concerns/questions were brushed off or minimized. Care team has poor communication skills and bedside manner. On multiple visits, I had to advocate for myself and still had to face an arrogant and uncompassionate doctor. Medication that was contraindicated for my situation was prescribed and I couldn't get anyone on the healthcare team to address. I could go on and on about my negative experience with this provider. Avoid, if possible.

Never again. No difference after all the pain and suffering on my nose. Please look else where. 😡 Very unpleasent Dr. And staff.
