Dr. Koch did an amazing job with my son's bilateral otoplasty. He was great with my young son and the surgery was a smashing success. We drove over 3 hours one way to see him each time and would happily do so a million times over. He is kind and caring and goes the extra mile with patient care.

He made my experience painless and made the whole atmosphere fun and light. I would highly recommend anyone to go see him. I know I will be back.

He and his staff provided thorough answers to all of my questions and they made me feel very comfortable in trusting them with my surgery and handling any of my concerns. My wife was referred in by her ENT for a 10 min consult and walked out with a bill for over $700. A fee for a new patient office visit is understandable; however not informing the patient of the financial responsibilities prior to doing a 'procedure' seems a little off basis. Please consider changing your standard operating procedures to save your future clients time, money, and frustration.
