First I have to say the staff is amazing, friendly, informative and efficient. The environment is inviting and relaxing. They do a wonderful job asking questions about your health, how your feeling and provide recommendations based on those areas. Also finding a plan that works best for you as an individual. I felt more rested within a couple hours of my treatment but the next day felt amazing. Having some major health issues and deficiencies I am opting for one of their memberships to help get me on the right track. I cant wait for my next visit. I highly recommend LIVE Hydration Spa in West Des Moines.

Just did the pure oxygen treatment to help with my headache. It's my go to when tylenol just doesn't work anymore. The staff, they're very knowledgeable and so caring. The atmosphere of their shop is truly relaxing the minute you walk thru the door. All of their treatments are a great aid in maintaining your good health. Check them out, you won't be wasting your time.

Today was the first time I got an IV at Live Hydration! The nurse was super friendly and was very selective on which vein she used for my IV! During my IV I was very relaxed and almost fell asleep! I will definitely be back!

What can I say about this place except that it’s UNBELIEVABLE! Every time I have been here, everyone is so kind and great to work with. They call to check on me after I have procedures done. They are so friendly and genuinely care about me. I moved here from Utah and needed to find a place for hormone therapy and injections. I have been so happy coming here. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. ❤️
