Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center

Born at NMRMC in 1951, some diagnostics here over the years, and now as some body parts are being replaced, I am fortunate to have Aaron & the Physical Therapy department to work with. NMRMC is tops for care and rehab and their high rating nationally is well deserved.

If you’re pregnant, you are better off using Google and handling everything at home yourself. Especially if your doctor is Cathy Taylor. She refuses to actually listen to her patients and is the least useful doctor that we interacted with there apart from the doctor that they called in without asking us. My wife was in labor for hours because they were refused to even listen to her, While we were there they stuck us in an emergency room, leaving me only with their cheap chair to sleep in for 2 days while my wife was horribly uncomfortable, not just because of the poor accommodations, but because of the absolute travesty that was their services. And don’t bother trying to get someone else to talk to Taylor because when my wife asked me to talk, Taylor proceeded to completely ignore my existence and refused to acknowledge really anything that I said, except for the few times where she was incredibly disrespectful for no reason.

I'm not sure what I could say, but I've had some personal highs and lowsat this medical center. I lost my husband to Covid and I had wonderful service through that. They went out of their war to try and save him. When he passed, the support they gave my family was wonderful. I've been at the hospital with my mother or myself. They are caring individuals and they are professionals. My recent surgery experience was actually delightful.

UPDATE .. Since leaving this review I have brought a loved one in for two different procedures. The staff is AMAZING. I love the care my loved one received. They go above and beyond. That's for sure. Jennifer has been SUPER AMAZING and their surgeons are careful, curious, and efficient. Thank you guys so very very much. I had a mammogram scheduled this morning at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. They we're very quick and efficient so I was in and put rather quickly. The lady in imaging who took care of me was named was Linda. She made it a very comfortable visit. I am very thankful for her care and expertise. Thank you.

I would like to say how wonderful our experience has been for my Moms surgery. We came in today ~needless to say my Mom was very nervous and overly anxious. Our nurse Jennifer Reves was Spot On with her genuine care and bed side manners of making my mom feel at ease. Jennifer is a true asset to your team at Neosho Memorial - I could not be more pleased with the care my Mom has received from here, Jennifer is not just a good nurse, she is A Great Nurse ! Jennifer made this experience feel seamless and my Mom feel special. Kudos to Jennifer.
