I had a great experience with Tim Weide. He was professional and made me feel at ease. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The communication was excellent, and I felt confident in his expertise. I will definitely return for any future dermatology needs and would highly recommend him to others.
I went here for a simple hair panel/blood test, and it was the worst desicion I've ever made. Dr. Lori suggested I go see a rheumatologist and that once she sent my results, I'd get a call from them. After waiting at least 2 weeks for a call, I contacted the rheumatologist and they said they hadn't received my lab results. I then called Derby Derm, and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't send anything without the patient's permission, when Dr. Lori had told me something completely different. Then they sent an almost $2000 bill, for being completely unhelpful. When I called them to ask why I was charged so much, they lied and said that they always are upfront about how much costs will be, when no one had told me what I was going to be billed. They never know what they're doing and are completely useless on all accounts. They only want to charge you as much money as possible while screwing up everything you ask them to do. Can't do referrals. They don't know what progress notes are. Can't tell you why your blood they drew didn't get tested. Will tell you that they have no idea how something they were supposed to send got lost in the mail, but it's not their fault. They're liars and idiots and will definitely respond to this review like a child instead of an actual business that would apologize for how they messed up.
I am so glad that I chose Derby Derm my first reasoning in doing so is the quality of service provided to me by the front desk! The employee that answered the phone seemed genuinely happy at her job she was quick and prompt in providing me the information I needed all wile maintaining a professional and happy demeanor. When I arrived to the appointment I scheduled for my uncle I found that the lobby and service room was clean smelled nice and looked beautiful. We were able to fill out my uncles information on a iPad while we waited. The wait time was reasonable the nurse that provided service for us was attentive and made sure to regularly check if anything was painful for my uncle. The doctor is very professional non-judge mental he provides you your list of options before you proceed he keeps things professional wile also being like family and he’s very focused on providing you the service that will help you meet your dermatology goals. This is my review on my very first experience with a Derby Derm. This was for removal of 2 moles. We have upcoming appointments and my uncle will be leaving his review once all his moles are removed so far him and I are very happy with this company. ~Casondra L Peoples
About two years back my family and I had a not so good experience at Derby Derm, we had a disappointing time with a not so kind receptionist and some difficulties using coupons and gift certificates we had purchased. So I left a review accordingly. However recently, the manager contacted us personally and apologized for what had happened. They worked hard to make it right, and they even gave us a complimentary massage. Needless to say I think they have changed for the better and are working hard to make people happy. I wasn't impressed the first time I went, but I really appreciate the manager going out of their way to make it right with us, and make sure we had a good experience, so I'm changing my review. I am glad to see they are putting the customer first and exuding top notch customer service.
Tim and the team were amazing. After doing research online I decided on Derby Derm and I am very happy I did. They were able to remove a cyst I had the same day. I would highly recommend Derby Derm.
