I went here for 3 treatments (with one trial) for laser hair removal of the brazilian area. I was originally very happy with my results after 3 treatments and was planning on getting a touch up until my appointment was cancelled by the spa. I was aware of the risks of laser, including burns, which I did experience on my first official treatment. This healed fast but following the end of my sessions, the hair continued to grow, only being a little thinner than before. I don’t think the laser that was being used is made for people of color so I do feel like this had a reason for me to not receive the intended results. Overall, the customer service was amazing but for paying the price I did thinking I would have complete resolution of hair and this not happening, I am very disappointed and do not feel as I would return.

I got lip filler and a lip flip done for my first time with Brandy and I am so happy with my results. She was extremely personable, the consultation was thorough and she was very gentle considering this was an injection in a very sensitive area of my face.
