Regain Functional Medicine + Aesthetics

Regain was quick to respond to my text question and quickly scheduled a TelaHealth appointment for me with the nurse. We talked and came to a possible solution to my question. She said we would check back in a month. I was very happy.

I've been going to Regain for about 5 years. Today I talked with Dr Gaumer before my appointment with Shelly. I really appreciate that they both took extra time today to discuss and address my health concerns.

I go to Regain Functional Medicine for hormone replacement. It’s about a 90 minute drive and I’ll keep going there rather than just getting hormone replacement in the city I live in. Here’s why…I just had my two year check up with Regain. It’s very comprehensive. They measure your muscle/fat percentage. They had done the most comprehensive lab panel I’ve ever had done. And then they give you recommendations. I had gained weight (I was not surprised) and I had suspected a business such as this would offer me a supplement or some some sort for weight management (which I did not want, I know I need to change my diet). Instead the NP went over how my exercise routine had changed recently, what my goals were, and gave me simple specific advice on a couple of changes to my diet. It was an unexpected happy surprise. This company and the people working for it are NOT looking for ways to just sell more treatments, or additional services, they want to work with a client’s preferences to help better their health. Also, they are so friendly and informative. If you aren’t feeling your best, this team can definitely help you move in the right direction. Thank you again Regain!

Started my replacement treatment with regain around 2015 2016 and I’ve been with them ever since. Love dr gaumer and her staff several of which are still there. They keep up with quarterly visits to check how things are going and for annual blood work to keep on top of things. I like that. Sincerely Bobby!
