Dr. Williams was absolutely wonderful! He heard our concerns and worked to quickly take care of my daughters’ health. He took lots of time with us and has a great bedside manner. Truly he listened to us when many other ENT’s would not.

Dr. Williams was a delight. Very personable, professional, and informative. He took his time explaining the results of my hearing test and discussed how I should move forward. I highly recommend him and his practice!

Dr Williams is a good guy, and his staff is EXCELLENT. I definitely recommend. Been in a few times. Only one of my visits netted any results, but from my experience compared to other offices, this is a good thing. He doesn't waste your time, and isn't afraid to tell you he simply can't find anything wrong, instead of trying to treat you for something you don't have. No gaslighting either. Very rare qualities nowadays. Will definitely return next time I have another problem, requiring ENT. Thanks again for checking me out. 👍

After my initial consultation, Dr. Williams team went to work with my insurance company to help get the procedure covered. Once they worked it out, they communicated with me and I was scheduled very quickly. One very nice touch was being able to check-in online, so when I went for my appointment, I just checked in, no more paperwork! Dr Williams was very calming and even let me pick the music for the procedure. He and his assistant kept me informed of what was going on at all times and answered all questions I had. I never felt like they were rushing, but were striving for the best results. Recovery and pain levels were almost exactly what he told me to expect. I highly recommend Dr Williams and his staff, Five Stars!
