Shaina is an amazing esthetician. I got my first peel facial from her and she took her time to explain all of the steps to me. I can tell that she is very knowledgeable and made sure I had the best experience. The building is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Shaina was so friendly and thorough! I can't wait for my next one! I highly recommend you ask for Shaina next time you get a facial.

Incredible Facial Experience! I've never been a fan of facials, let alone as a guy, but Shaina completely changed my mind! Her knowledge and expertise were awesome. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. This was my first time, and I'm so glad I was able to fit into her busy schedule because I was told she books up fast. I'll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Shaina is a wonderful aesthetician. I started seeing her less than 6 months ago for monthly facials/dermaplanes/and product recommendations. She has helped me transform my skin to a much better baseline. When I first came to her my face required a lot of extractions during the hydrafacial and my pores were clogged. Through consistent monthly facials, purchasing products that she has recommended specifically for my skin, and double cleansing my skin has cleared up. My complexion is smoother, brighter, and my pores are much less clogged. Shaina cares about helping her clients reach their skincare goals and is realistic in her approach. She does not push expensive products or treatment suggestions onto her clients. I thoroughly enjoy every time I see her and leave the spa feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend scheduling with Shaina no matter where you are at in your skincare journey! You will be pleased with the results you get out of your experience!

10/10 recommend Shaina Falk for milia removal! Her level of service and expertise is unparalleled! Got milia on your face, especially near your eyeline? She’s 100% your gal. She is confident, experienced, and very honest about her capabilities. I have zero inflammation, it’s barely noticeable. She removed all 3 milia in one session: one on the outer corner of the lower eyelid on the right eye, near my lashes; another towards the inner corner of the lower eyelid on the left eye, near my lashes; and the last on my left eyelid towards the inner corner. On the phone, I described the location of all my milia, and she stated she should be able to remove them no problem since she has done this a lot. Shaina offered that I come in for a consult (free of charge) so she can be sure. Once she sees me and confirms, she can go ahead and remove them same time (to prevent me from having to come back again), or if not, refer me out to a dermatologist/other treatment options. The moment she saw me, I felt so reassured. Instantly and confidently, she said, “oh yeah, I can totally get these.” There was one on my eyelid that she wasn’t sure if it was a milia or not, but she reassured me that she’ll still check it out and see if she can remove it. Before she got started, she thoroughly explained what I should expect during the removal process and if it gets too much to handle (since it’s all near my eye, a very sensitive area), we can take as many breaks as needed. Leading up to the milia removal, I got a facial to warm and prep my skin. During that process, she shared her general observations about my skin and gave me some great advice to minimize breakouts, maximize skin hydration, and prevent milia recurrence. Even removed my blackheads and an undetected milia on my face! She really cleaned my skin up! Once she got started on the milia removal around my eyes, she continuously checked in on me, asked how I was handling it and described where she was in the process. The whole process was seamless. I have zero inflammation, no redness. It’s barely noticeable. Again, 10/10 recommend Shaina for milia removal! Her level of service and expertise is unparalleled!
