Ashley is literally THE BEST for injections. She is fun and friendly but also so good at assessing what's needed to make you look your best. She is never pushy to get you to do more as she knows what is going to look the most natural and what would simply be too much! She also doesn't make you wait as she is always on time I couldn't rate Monarch and especially Ashley any higher!

Dr. Steen and Victoria are amazing to work with! I am extremely pleased with the care they provided me before, during and after surgery. I was encouraged to ask questions along the way to ensure I was informed about expectations and results and never felt pressured to make a decision. My surgery went extremely well and Dr. Steen called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I am so impressed by her bedside manner as well as the extreme care she takes with her patients. It took 2 months to get an appointment but it was worth it. Dr Dillow was very kind and professional and explained the procedure thoroughly. His nurse Kate was available for any later questions or concerns. His office got my breast reduction surgery approved by insurance in 5 days. I would totally recommend Monarch.
