He takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains conditions and treatment options, and never makes patients feel rushed or like just another number in his day. One of the qualities that truly stands out about Dr. Ruff is his genuine connection with his patients. He is personable, remembers names, and recalls personal details even after a significant amount of time. I visited him after a year, and he still remembered who referred me to him and details about my profession, which speaks volumes about how much he values his patients. Dr. Ruff is also thoughtful and flexible in his approach to treatment. If a patient is hesitant about certain medications, he takes the time to discuss alternatives rather than simply prescribing the standard solution. His nurse practitioner, Heather, is a fantastic asset—she takes detailed notes before he even enters the room, ensuring a seamless and well-prepared consultation. My afternoon appointment was canceled on the morning of my scheduled visit, but they left a message that they could still get me in if I could come in earlier in the day. Called back, got rescheduled, went in. The lot was empty, same for the waiting area, one receptionist on duty. I got the sense that they were working me in over lunch. My name was called right away. After a few preliminary questions from the nurse, and a very brief wait, the dermatologist came in. Dr. Anne Miller Blake was pleasant, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. All the things you would want in a physician. She was top-notch in every way and her nurse matched her energy--patient and attentive, with a good sense of humor. Despite having a same-day reschedule due to her need to leave early, I didn't feel rushed at all. Great overall experience! Well done, Dr. Blake and staff!

Dr. Ruff and his staff are extremely professional, friendly, and meticulous. He and his staff took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns during my recent visit. I recommend him and the practice overall for any dermatology needs.

Pleasant visit with Dr.Blake. She is always thorough, explains what’s she doing and is reassuring. Great bedside manner. Front desk lady on left with brown hair could up her greeting! Not friendly. Total contrast to the Dr.which is all that matters anyway.

A friendly and welcoming experience. Dr. Ruff not only explained the problem, but what was going to be done and also every step forward or possible procedure. He and his staff showed professionalism and care.
