I had one office visit that left me with a pinched nerve and broke. I waited 1 1/2 hours before the doctor came in. He spent 10-15 min with me and after xrays and paperwork he could not resolve my dental problem. He offered to cut without knowing what he would be looking for. I paid over $700. and received nothing. I feel very taken advantage of. I did go to a regular dentist who figured out the problem for only $50. Dentists are unregulated. Beware of Dr Lucaci pricing. He should have offered to at least return a portion of my money since he couldnt figure it out.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I had my wisdom teeth removed in July. I was told I would be getting a refund check because they required a payment in full before the procedure and that my insurance would cover the procedure after it was done. Fast forward to almost November and I have yet to receive said refund. I called in early September to follow up on the refund. They told me the amount and said that it would be coming it in the mail the following week. I have yet to receive the check. I called last week to check again and they said they would call this week. You guessed it, they didn’t! I’ve tried calling on two separate days this week and no answer. I’ve left voicemails and no call back.

Doctor is very excellent and staff will bend over backwards to assist you. There's always a small waiting for him because he is tural and he likes his Job. Ps all like fruits 😋 for snacks.

Doctor wasn’t very friendly and frequently yawned and rubbed his face during his short time in the room. He wasn’t interested in my treatment plan and barely spoke knowing we had driven 5 hours to meet with him. His office assured us that he was capable of performing the procedure I needed and also that it would be covered by our insurance before we drove the distance. The doctor informed us that he could refer us to a surgeon in Texas and also that our insurance would not cover his expenses.
