This place will cancel your appointment when your 5-7min late when their police is checking in before it hits 15min. Sarah Johnson was the one that ordered this to happen. She was is the back with a patient the one I believe that was before me. The receptionist took longer to wait to confirm my cancellation with her. She was running behind herself and took it upon herself to cancel an appointment with in the grace period of the facility policy of checking in. She is not very patient concerned!!!!! Avoid her!!!! Terrible! The Office manager reached out and was very kind and apologized for what happened.

This place was highly recommended. After seeing two doctors from other practices who couldn’t treat me affectively, I was excited to get proper care. However, nurse Sarah Johnson was no help at all. She actually made my condition worse because of her incorrect diagnosis. I tried to tell her my opinion, but she quickly shut me down and was rude while doing so. She’s extremely pretentious and made me feel uncomfortable. Save your time and money and avoid this practice.

I called to inquire services for infants as my daughter had a really bad ezcema outbreak. The lady ended up asking for my address etc and advised of her open slots . I did tell her the time scheduled does not work for me but she advised that it’ll be fine and that I could cancel. I ended up calling to cancel which they acknowledged but I was just sent a $50 no show fee today. Tried to give them a call and was directed away.

Was going to another dermatologist clinic and even though I was a patient for a long time I could never get in for appointments that were very urgent. When I finally got in I felt they were always really short with me and didn’t care. Finally decided to try a different dermatologist and I’m so glad I did. I saw Schuyler and he was very informative and caring. Asked me tons of questions about my history and looked at pictures of my skin. I finally feel hopeful.

Saw a PA? Tried one thing that didn't work. Asked if there was any other thing to try...answer was no. Also asked if they could recommend any other over the counter...again no.
